About us

Our purpose

To provide a referral pathway for psychiatrists and psychologists to consider for their patients who have failed traditional PTSD and Depression treatments.

Our Vision

We envisage an Australia where we focus on preventing mental illness by creating safe environments and healthy lifestyles. Treatments, when required, should be effective and accessible.

Our mission

To safely introduce powerful psychological practices, medicines and medical devices so that cognition, perception and behaviour can be optimised and function improved.

Values

  • We commit to putting 100% effort into helping every client we take on. The client who thinks they are difficult to treat is the client we welcome.

We commit to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in line with complex legal and regulatory framework in which we operate.

  • We do our best to connect with each patient and understand their individual needs. Our treatments are powerful and clients are often vulnerable, so connection and trust-building is a priority.

We see a bright path ahead where others see a therapeutic dead end.

  • We collaborate with you. Our team customises the program for your individual needs.

Our collaborative team includes mental health practitioners, psychiatrists, anaesthesiologists and nurses,.

We collaborate with general practitioners, dietitians, exercise physiologists, yoga instructors, psychologists, psychotherapists and social workers.

Our clients are part of the orchestra, they are not passive observers or passive recipients of our care.

  • Being considerate to our staff and clients is fundamental.

The mental health of our staff is just as important as that of the clients - we encourage a healthy work/life balance.

Staff retention is prioritised with ongoing education and rewarding client interactions.

As a client you will notice how considerate all our staff are. We treat others as we would like any team to treat our family members.

  • We are paradigm shifters. It takes courage to bring new evidence-based treatments to clients. Some of our treatments are experimental. Courage is needed for anyone joining our team – it is easy to remain in the safety of traditional first line treatment pathways but bringing new treatment pathways to life requires courage, determination and resilience.
